That is the only rate the list prints; everything else on the sheet is a separate charge line added on top of it. What does each Eldeco 7 Peaks floor plan cost at the basic price?

Which charges does the price list add on top of the basic price?

The price list prints seven separate lines above and beyond the basic price, and this is the complete set of charge heads that appear on it: preferential location charge, which varies both by facing and by floor band; car parking, with an additional optional bay; club membership; interest-free maintenance security; lease rent; power backup, quoted per KVA with a per-configuration minimum load; and annual maintenance, charged per sq.ft of carpet area per month from possession. Goods and services tax, stamp duty and registration sit on top of all of them.

So the practical move when a figure surprises you is not to argue the number, it is to ask one question: which dated price list is this figure taken from? Ask for it in writing. A quote without a document date behind it cannot be checked, and a figure you cannot check is not a price.

Two rules the price list prints about how the money moves

Both are printed on the list itself and both cost more to fix afterwards than to plan for. Third-party payments are not accepted. Funds are expected from the applicant's own account, so if a parent, a sibling or a family firm is funding the purchase, settle whose name the account and the application will carry before booking day rather than at the counter. Tax deducted at source is to be deposited by the applicant. The statutory deduction is yours to deposit and to hold the proof of; it is not netted off for you.

Neither line moves the price. Both move the paperwork, and both are worth confirming in writing alongside the cost sheet.

What should you get in writing before paying anything?
