A marketing brand and a legal promoter can be two different names
ACE Divino markets itself as an "ACE Group" project, and several portals credit "Ace Infracity Developers" — but its UP-RERA registry entry names the promoter of record as STARCITY REAL ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED. We are not saying anything about that project's delivery or quality; we don't have verified facts to say it with. We are pointing at the same lesson our own record teaches on the RERA-verify page: check the registry's promoter field before you sign — for every project in this corridor, no exceptions.
