Outside it, the brochure names an amphitheatre, a cricket pitch, a meditation & yoga zone, a badminton court, a multipurpose court, a kids' play area and multi-tier security. The brochure does not state a clubhouse floor area, a membership structure or operating hours for this project — so neither do we. Amenities bind only when they appear in your agreement's annexures and in the sanctioned plan.

Sizes, counts and timings
The brochure names the club items; it does not print a clubhouse area, pool dimensions, court counts, membership terms or a handover date for the club. Anything you read elsewhere carrying those numbers is not coming from this document. Where a figure matters to your decision, ask the desk for it in writing and check it against the sanctioned plan.
Club charges and the price sheet
