That agreement is worth pausing on: a statutory register and a marketing document, produced for different readers and different purposes, pointing at one legal entity. It means there is a single unambiguous name your agreement and your payments should carry — and any third name on any piece of paper is a question you are entitled to ask before you sign.
Brand is for marketing; contracts follow the entity
"Eldeco" is a brand and is used across many projects and companies. The entity is the part that binds. The brochure describes five towers on a corner plot — three named Bellissimo (3 BR) and two named Magnifico (4 BR) — with a double-height air-conditioned lobby.
